acLeod Group Inc. is a Nova Scotian corporation which develops, owns and operates nursing homes and commercial properties.  With a head office in Antigonish and facilities in all areas of the province, the 25 year old company continues to grow.

The company’s mission statement is “A Commitment to Quality Care with an Adherence to Sound Business Management”.   To this end, MacLeod Group Inc. has undertaken an intensive series of seminars and in-services in an effort to continuously improve the standard of care offered at its nursing homes.

 A diverse approach to new projects has given the company expertise in new construction, extensive renovations, and refurbishing.

 MacLeod Group Inc. owns nursing homes in Annapolis Royal, Glace Bay, Port Hawkesbury, Pictou, Mahone Bay and Lockeport.   Two office complexes in Antigonish,  together with the Antigonish Medical Centre round out the company’s holdings.
